Civil Labourer (Concrete and Asphalt)

We are currently have a number of exciting positions available for Civil Labourers to join our roads maintenance team completing both asphalting and concreting duties in Sydney's Lower Norther Shore region. Positions are ongoing, Monday to Friday offering $35+ per hour + the opportunity for permanency. As part of team you will be involved in everyday procedures from preparing job sites to safely directing traffic.

In your role you will be required to, however not limited to:

- Preparing pavement for laying of asphalt and concrete
- completing concrete finishing tasks
- Handling hot and/or cold mix
- Cleaning and preparing job sites
- Using hand tools
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Maintaining work equipment
- Directing traffic

To be successful in the role you require:

- Own reliable transport
- White card
- Traffic control licence
- MR or HR licence (not essential but highly advantageous)
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Previous experience in asphalting/ Concreting (not essential but highly advantageous)
- Available Monday to Friday
