**Join Our Team as a Residential Cleaner - Immediate Start**

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re seeking caring and reliable Residential Cleaners to join our team and help support NDIS participants in maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable homes.

**About the Role**

In this hands on role, you’ll be providing essential in-home cleaning services to NDIS participants with a range of abilities across Western Sydney. You’ll contribute to improving their quality of life and independence and be part of a mission that truly matters.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Your tasks may include:

- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting surfaces
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Changing bed linen
- General tidying and support with basic home upkeep

**What We’re Looking For**

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- Previous residential cleaning experience
- A caring attitude and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- National Police Check (current or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Frist Aid and CPR

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience working with people with disability
- Availability for immediate start

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.50 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

- Australia (required)
