**Provide exceptional aged care to our residents**: - **Part-time or casual role**: - **$29.08 per hour + superannuation (plus casual loading if applicable)** **About the role** We're seeking friendly, compassionate and professional Personal Carers to join our Residential Services Team at Warrawee Community. As a Personal Carer you will assist and support residents with various activities of daily living that contributes positively to their quality of life. **About you** To be successful in this role, you work well in a team environment and deliver the highest quality person-first care to each of our wonderful residents - always with a smile and a can-do approach. This is the resident's home and as a Personal Carer you will make a positive impact with your compassionate and supportive approach. No previous experience required, just a passion for caring for our Warrawee residents Do you possess these qualities and skills? - positive, enthusiastic and upbeat - the ability to work as part of a team - professional whilst maintaining a fun sense of humour - have a minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent - flexibility to work across different shifts (day, afternoon and nights) **Why work for us?** When you work at Glen Eira, you'll be part of a professional and supportive team with excellent conditions and opportunities for growth within the Organsiation. As a casual employee, you will be notified regarding any casual opportunities available. There is no guarantee of ongoing work with Council. **About Warrawee Community** Warrawee Community offers a home-like environment for our residents, comprising of six single storey houses surrounded by lush gardens and grounds. The community is made up of 90 beautifully appointed single rooms featuring a bedroom with ensuite.
