Working as part of a broader team of 5, the Quality and Compliance Coordinator will support the compliance, continuous improvement, and Accreditation initiatives for a disability services organisation in the outer eastern region of Melbourne.
- Qualifications in Health or Community Services or alternatively Quality Auditing/System
- Residential aged care/NDIS experience ideal but not essential
- Prior experience supporting Accreditation or Quality Auditing/Reporting
- Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate staff
- Strong written communication skills and prior experience drafting policies and procedures
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Prior project management experience
