We are looking for a full-time Swimming Pool and Spa Service Technician, but being a Pool Technician with Poolwerx is more than just a job. As a Swimming Pool and Spa Service Technician, here’s what you’ll achieve:

- You’ll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners by delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools
- You’ll market our industry-leading Poolwerx supplies to your clients, as well as organise and list any stock stored in your company vehicle.
- You’ll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients while you work independently
- With ongoing training, you'll install all pool equipment; including pumps, filters, chlorinators, pool cleaners and heat pumps
- You’ll have the opportunity to earn bonuses for spotting sales opportunities and passing on leads to our team
- You'll capture service notes, photos and activities in our App and prepare customer-centric reports
- You'll engage and educate our customers on-site
- You'll be comfortable handling/lifting heavy items such as salt and chemicals (must be able to lift 25kg). WHS standards are paramount

**What You’ll Bring**
- You’ll need a current unrestricted driver's licence. Manual licence is preferable (vehicle & phone provided)
- You’ll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don’t have one already
- You’ll love working autonomously and take pride in managing your client base
- You'll have good written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that you are comfortable talking to our clients and explaining what is going on with their pool
- You'll have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy problem-solving
- You'll be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors

Although we’d love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. What’s most important is that you’re self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet, and aligned with our values. Remuneration is based on experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
