**The Role**:
You will welcome our guests with warmth, personality and amazing guest service and assist by confirming bookings, ensuring table arrangements allow for maximum patronage and revenue whilst also ensuring the comfort of our guests and our food & beverage service is delivered in a timely manner.

**Your many talents will include**:

- Providing the ultimate customer experience to all guests through your impeccable customer service, coordination, and high attention to detail.
- This position requires you to think outside of the box, pre-empt needs, and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a cohesive team.
- Experience in a high-end busy cocktail bar will be highly regarded
- Your willingness to work across all shifts including weekends and evenings
- Leaving such a great impression that guests are still talking about you and will return because of you
- Immaculate presentation in keeping with our Crystalbrook look
- Organisation and order runs in your veins and you love keeping everyone on track.
- A problem solving and logistics genius with the ability to tackle any challenge head on.
