Coffee is also something we do not take lightly. We believe that not only having a great Donut experience but also there is nothing better than having a fantastic coffee that goes along with it. We also pride ourselves on the perfect mocha. We are not just your normal destination for a hot chocolate or mocha.

We will be working along side one of Australia's best and well known speciality coffee brands and we are looking for someone that takes coffee serious and also will take it to the next level. Someone that thrives on being busy all the time but also being able to serve the highest quality at the same time. Someone that can give that wow factor in customer service and be the talk of the centre.

We are looking for the below:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make and serve specialty coffee and chocolate beverages
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items is a must
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Help in other parts of the business where required

**Skills**:

- At least 2+ year in the coffee service industry
- 2+ years in the customer service industry
- Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
- Friendly, extremely outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service is a must
- Tidy and self-disciplined
- Detailed-oriented and passionate about product quality
- Someone that can grab that customer walking by and show them what we have to offer
- Someone that has the mindset of being able to make change and embraces change when needed.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
