**The Role**

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual for the **Head Office Receptionist **position.

The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:

- Customer Service and Reception - Greeting, being friendly and approachable to our guests/stakeholders
- General reception duties and taking responsibility and pride in your presentation and approach
- Assisting in stock take and other administrative duties as required
- Answering phone calls and directing as required
- General filing and office stationary/supply ordering
- Assist Admin/accounts team where required
- General cleaning of office kitchens
- Booking of flights and accommodation

**To be eligible for this position you must have**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Previous reception experience
- Strong PC literacy and administration skills

- 8 hour shift
