Born in California over 75 years ago, Carl Karcher had a hot dog cart and a dream. The hot dog cart became Carl's Jr and CARL'S JR.® has become one of the Premier Burger Brands in the world, with over 3900 Restaurants in over 44 countries. CJ's Group Pty Ltd is excited to be bringing this Iconic Burger Brand to Vic and we are looking to find the 'Best in the Business' to serve our customers and represent the Carl's Jr brand.

**Skills and experience**

We are seeking crew members that are enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer focused with a smile as warm as the **CALIFORNIA SUNSHINE**. In exchange we will provide real opportunities for professional development and growth, great flexible hours and conditions.

**About Your Skills & Experience**:

- Positive, fun loving, hardworking - Providing SUPER STAR service to Guests,
- An engaged and energetic team player,
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues,
- Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed and neat appearance at all times,
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels as required,
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- **Available to work a minimum of 10 hrs a week**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: Up to $27.00 per hour
