With that in mind, we're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-originated **Retail Store Manager** to join our Krispy Kreme family. In this role, you'll love leading a large team of people and working for a brand that’s all about providing joy to customers whilst having fun with your teammates.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for:

- Providing strong leadership to all team members with ongoing recruiting, training, coaching and support
- Successfully managing the overall financial and operational performance of the store
- Consistently making quality products and delivering excellent customer service
- Taking responsibility for ensuring food safety and WHS guidelines are adhered to

**What you can bring to the team**

Proven experience in the retail or food and beverage industry is a must. But, what we’re really looking for are people who bring:
