Charcoal Gyro Meat Cutter

**Orexi Souvlaki Bar and Cafe in Oakleigh is looking for an experienced Charcoal Gyro Meat Cutter**

We’re looking for a **full-time, experienced meat cutter** who specializes in **charcoal-cooked gyros** to join our busy kitchen team

**Position**: Charcoal Gyro Meat Cutter

**Language**: Be able to communicate in Greek

**Experience**: Must have previous experience working with **charcoal gyro**

**Must be available for a trial**

**Requirements**:

- Skilled in preparing and cutting meats for souvlakis
- Comfortable working over charcoal gyros
- Must be reliable, clean, and consistent
- Able to communicate in Greek with the customers

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
