**Engineering Service Technician**

This role may be for you With ongoing innovation and growth within the industrial gases industry, we have a permanent full-time position available for an experienced Service Technician to join our Customer Engineering Services team.

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will provide maintenance services for all BOC installations at our client’s sites across Victoria,
- Further to this, the you will be responsible for ensuring BOC equipment reliability and integrity on client sites,
- Provide Mechanical maintenance of equipment on customer and BOC sites with a focus on medical, industrial, food, scientific and hospitality industries,
- Installation and removal of equipment as well as conduct audits and inspections of equipment for safety and condition,
- Calibration and testing of gas analysers at customer and BOC sites,
- Technical support and troubleshooting of equipment,
- Maintenance of Cryogenic vessels as well as completing planned maintenance and breakdown tasks as required, and
- Communicate with customers face to face/over the phone, and work closely with local project management and sales team.

**What makes you great**
- You will have trade qualifications within Mechanical (such as Fitting/Plumbing) or Instrumentation field or demonstrated relevant experience.
- Troubleshooting or fault-finding experience.
- Unrestricted driving license with a good safety record,
- Excellent communication skills required to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Availability for regular travel, and
- A flexible work mindset and ability to work autonomously.
