Internal Projects Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Work internally within the Prior Law Business to provide strategic planning and operational support.
2. Assist in planning and executing major projects associated with firm acquisitions and transitions
3. Provide a responsive and effective communication channel for updates within the firm.
4. Assist with research, prepare reports, and facilitate information sharing with various stakeholders
5. Maintain updated best practice documents within the firm
6. Provide comprehensive administrative support to all staff and liaise with stakeholders across different functions.
7. Organise, manage and facilitate meetings and events, including booking resources and issuing invitations.
8. Provide dedicated assistance to the Partners of the firm in handling a variety of project related tasks
Project Specific Duties:
1. Collect, analyse and manage project data.
2. Prepare and present detailed reports and communication plans for project and program management.
3. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings, and keep project timelines and calendars up-to-date.
4. Support the project team in all administrative and project duties as directed by management.
5. Monitor project processes, define outcomes, timelines and key milestones.
6. Advise firm Partners on matters requiring attention and assist in implementing their decisions.
7. Identify and manage potential risks and issues involved in the project.
8. Facilitate and encourage collaboration among project team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication, organisation, and project coordination skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
3. Demonstrated experience in project and program management.
4. Proven ability in strategic planning and operational support.
5. Strong attention to detail with proficiency in data entry and document formatting.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
