About the Role
As a Private Concierge, you’ll act as the trusted point of contact for clients and their families. From tailored in-home support to wellbeing initiatives and lifestyle services, you’ll design and coordinate solutions that enhance daily living, ensure clients live well at home and stay meaningfully connected to their community.
You’ll take a proactive role in introducing additional services to help clients discover new ways to enjoy their independence. Your ability to confidently engage, listen, and present options will be central to creating lasting relationships and driving service growth.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the trusted central contact for private clients, delivering a concierge-level experience
- Build deep, professional relationships with clients and their families
- Anticipate needs and promote additional services that align with clients' preferences
- Confidently present options, manage service agreements, and oversee budgets and billing
- Work collaboratively with clinical, allied health, and support teams to deliver seamless, holistic care
- Collaborate with internal and external providers (clinical, allied health, lifestyle, and more) to deliver quality outcomes
- Maintain accountability for client satisfaction, staff performance, and service quality
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated care management experience, ideally in an Aged care, health or community services setting
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or relationship management
- The ability to engage confidently with our self-funded clients and build trusted, professional relationships
- Demonstrated experience in expanding services in a way that feels natural and client-centre
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualifications (Aged Care, Community Services, Business, or related field)
- Driver licence and comprehensively insured car.

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in a relevant field (such as Business, Aged Care or Healthcare)
- Experience using client management systems
