We are seeking a part-time kitchen hand 3-4 nights a week for our modern Middle Eastern restaurant. Located in Nunawading, we offer a casual share-style menu with a focus on charcoal grill. This role is perfect for anyone looking for a flexible kitchen job at night. We are open Thursday to Sunday nights.

About the role:

- Prepping
- Washing dishes & maintaining a tidy wash area
- Cleaning & general maintenance of kitchen
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene standards

About you:

- Experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to be accountable & work well in a team
- Passion and enthusiasm, with care and pride in what you do
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-20 per week

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
