As Junior Sommelier, you will work closely with our Restaurant Manager and operations managers.

Your main focus will be on driving wine sales and delivering memorable guest experiences.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Genuine love of wine and hospitality
- Previous experience in a wine‑focused venue, or formal wine training (WSET, CMS or similar), and the ability to impart this knowledge onto the team around you
- Confidence to engage guests and recommend wines that enhance their overall dining experience
- A desire to continue your wine journey, learning from and working alongside a team of industry professionals
