**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in an online customer service role is highly advantageous, preferably in retail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to ability to navigate queries of an urgent and sensitive nature
- Zendesk CRM experience desirable but not essential
