**About the role**

**Our Caboolture Home & Community Service **provide you with clients that are within your own area, giving you the opportunity to work close to home.

You will bring joy to the lives of our clients by providing personal care, assistance, in accessing the community for social events, whilst forming long term relationships. The Social and Help at Home that you provide enhances their lives.

**You will have**:

- Personal grooming and hygiene experience
- Able to assist with medication reminders and general self-care
- Transport assistance
- Assistance with domestic duties and general help around the home
- Shopping, menu planning and meal preparation
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care or working towards one
- National Police Certificate
- Queensland Drivers Licence and your own, reliable vehicle
- Immunised against Tetanus and Hepatitis B (or prepared to obtain)
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
