**About the Role**

Ogilvy Sydney is looking for a Behavioural Strategist to join the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research & behavioural insights - using a combination of research methodologies (incl. literature reviews, surveys, randomised controlled trials) to reveal practical insights about target audience attitudes and behaviours.
- Creative strategy - transforming theoretical insights and frameworks from behavioural science and psychology into inspiring communications strategies for key clients.
- Client management - build, manage and foster direct client relationships and position themselves and the agency as partners in solving their challenges using behavioural strategy.
- New business development - working with cross-functional teams in developing RFPs, RFIs, new business proposals and new business pitches.
- Internal education - continuing to develop Ogilvy staff capabilities in behavioural science via engaging initiatives such as newsletters, agency inspiration, creative workshops, and strategic training sessions.
- Network collaboration - helping to uncover and service behavioural opportunities for businesses across the WPP network.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- At least 1+ years' experience in an agency environment.
- Training, study, or other type of exposure to behavioural science or one of its related disciplines (e.g. behavioural economics, psychology, anthropology, data science).
- Can communicate complex and academic ideas in a way that is simple and intuitive.
- Can confidently present in client presentations
- Can grow and manage 1:1 relationships with agency clients.
- Can conduct independent research/experimentation and critical analysis of sources.
- Can translate theoretical data and other forms of research into useful insights/strategies that can be used to solve client problems.
- Thinks laterally and creatively about how behavioural science can be applied in real-world settings.
- Can work collaboratively in teams or autonomously.
