**About the Role**

We have an exciting role for a
**Planning Coordinator** to join our
**Planning Team** in
**Keysborough**. This position is a
_12-month contract_ which will allow you to learn more about planning, forecasting and analytics. This position will see you work in conjunction with the analytical team and our warehouse to ensure numbers and information are correct so that we can maintain a high level of customer experience to our clients.

**Skills and Experience**
- Advanced Admin and Data Entry skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Key stakeholder relationship management experience
- Excellent communication & not afraid of the tough conversations
- Understanding how to create and build successful reports
- Bright innovative approach giving feedback
- Ability to manage a Planning Inbox
- Excellent time management & problem-solving experience
- IT Savvy with excellent understanding of outlook and excel
- The confidence to learn about our products and sku’s
- You are hungry to be successful
