**Looking for**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Create and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a positive work environment.
- Develop and deliver training programs to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary negotiations, performance-based incentives, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employment, such as labor laws, employment equity, and human rights legislation.
- Design and implement performance management systems including performance appraisals, goal setting, and development plans, and enhance the performance of individuals and groups.
- Keep track of expenses related to employment and tracking levels of productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to other managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Create and execute programs that promote occupational health and safety, as well as equal employment opportunities, while ensuring adherence to relevant legal obligations.
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Job Type & Salary**:
- This is a permanent full-time job.
- The base salary will be $60,000 to $70,000 + Superannuation.
**Working Hours**:
40 Hours per week.
