The position - Customer Service / Retail Sales Assistant

We’re looking For Friendly, Enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our team At Memory Block We Print Any Photo Or Design, From Your Mobile/Electronic Devices Onto crafted wooden blocks.

If you're a challenged-oriented problem solver who loves good banter, you'll be a good fit. We have team member and mangerial positions available, full time / part time shifts. 1-2 weeks of paid training will be provided.

**Duties**:

- Greeting walk-in customers in shopping mall
- Introducing our printing products, services and pricing
- Processing printing sales orders
- Processing payment with our EFTPOS, POS machine
- Day opening and day end store closing procedure
- Keep store in high standards
- Recruit and train new staff
- Prepare to trade longer hours on season
- Rotate locations
- Roster Staff
- Handle Financial deposits and other responsibilities

- Retail / Customer Service Experience is a small advantage but not essential
