**What You Will Be Doing**

The Grade 1 Social Worker will undertake comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to children who are receiving Allied Health services within the Program, and to their families. Working alongside the multidisciplinary team, the Social Worker will provide support and resources to reduce risk and the impacts of vulnerabilities. Services include phone, face-to-face and outreach work across the Frankston-Mornington Peninsula catchment and are focused on improving the health and wellbeing outcomes for children.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- A Social Work qualification and membership (or eligible for membership) of AASW
- Sound assessment skills and skills in delivering evidence-based Social Work interventions to vulnerable families
- A Working with Children Check and Victorian Drivers License
