Steeped in a rich history, our Client is a beautiful European Fashion & Accessories brand with thousands of employees around the world & hundreds of boutiques Part of a broader group of leading luxury brands, this beautiful brand is continuing their penetration into the Australian market.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the Store Manager in fostering collaborative and a service centric culture in the store
- Ensure the store provides a sincere client experience and maximise profitability
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining operational excellence through the efficient running of all areas of the store
- Commercial awareness, connection to your local client base

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in Premium / Luxury fashion a MUST
- Proven experience working in boutiques with larger teams of 10+ staff
- Strong stakeholder engagement and a team player
- Motivated and driver with high integrity
- Highly resilient and positive
- Excellent analytical, organization and communication skills
- Ability to work in a matrix and diverse environment independently
- Ability to embrace challenges and drive changes
- Demonstrate accountability & ownership
