**Your new role**
Hays currently have an exciting opportunity to work within a government organisation, championing strategic culture and workforce learning and development. Reporting directly into the executive team, you will assist managers in leading high performing teams to implement the desired cultural changes aligned with the direction of the organisation. You will develop a workforce plan that meets organisation needs, and deliver advice on areas such as cultural transformation, leadership and talent management, diversity and inclusion, organisational health culture programmes and succession planning.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have previous experience at a senior manager or executive manager level in the area of Human resources responsible for forward planning and organisational development. You have a proven ability to initiate, negotiate and manage organisational change and workplace reform. You have experience in the implementation of development frameworks and programs including recruitment, talent & leadership development, organisational capability, and succession planning and employee engagement. You are self-motivated, with innovation, relationship management, decision-making, and influencing and negotiation skills.

**What you'll get in return**
You will be offered a generous total salary package of $145 - $155k, flexible working environment and opportunity for condensed working hours,.8 or FTE
