YOUR NEW ROLE
Are you looking to showcase your game in not only customer service but sales too? Want to join a world leading business in automotive aftermarket accessories? We are seeking a fun, keen, and passionate (about all things auto and 4x4) legend to join our Zeder team
**As an Online Sales Associate, you will**:
**Provide exceptional customer support**: Answer customer inquiries, offer technical advice, and resolve order-related issues.
**Ensure efficient order processing**: Process online orders, verify stock availability, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
**Maintain accurate records**: Update order statuses and maintain detailed records to ensure operational efficiency.
**Identify areas for improvement**: Escalate recurring customer concerns to management for analysis and process optimization.
**Contribute to team success**: Work collaboratively with the online sales team to achieve overall goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Tech-savvy**: Familiarity with order management systems, databases, and ticketing platforms is a bonus.
**Logistics knowledge**: A basic understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management is beneficial.
