After an extensive renovation, where no stone was left unturned, our beloved Cru bar & cellar is reopening on the iconic James Street corner in Fortitude Valley in June. We are excited to create memorable experiences for our guests and we are looking forward to establishing a world-class team of hospitality professionals to bring our service to the next level.

If you love wine, are ecstatic about bespoke cocktails, keen on craft beers and can talk for hours on spirits? Does fresh produce and delicious, house-made food excite you? **Requirements**:
You must be a strong team player, creative and self-motivated

You have an outgoing personality, enthusiastic and positive attitude and loads of initiative

Experience working in a busy, fast-paced bar or restaurant, or other quality venue in a hands-on customer facing role

Excellent attention to detail

High standard of personal hygiene and professional presentation

Responsiveness to last minute changes and customer requirements regarding bookings and functions

Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, cocktail creation and premium wines and liquor

Have a passion for the industry and never settle for the mediocre

Have a valid RSA.

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
