**About the Role**:
In your role as Venue Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the pub to guarantee a smooth and exceptional customer service. Motivate and guide a dedicated team to provide top-notch service. Create and execute creative promotions and events to increase patronage. Oversee inventory, finances, and financial reports. Maintain stringent standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your background includes a track record of effectively managing a regional hotel, leadership skills, team development abilities, and a knack for driving business growth and profitability through innovation.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in pub/venue management
- Large Gaming Experience
- Accommodation Experience
- Staff values and engagement is essential
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- RSA, RSG, RMLV, APPROVED MANAGERS LICENCE, GAMING NOMINEE, CLO.
- Knowledge of local liquor and safety regulations
