Are you compassionate, dedicated, and ready to make a positive impact in someone's life? Choice Consultancy, a reputable NDIS provider, is seeking a Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional care to our valued client in Bellevue Hills.

Position: Support Worker Location: Bellevue Hills, Australia Hours: 2-3 hours on Friday (with potential for additional shifts)

**Responsibilities**:

- Accompany and assist our visually impaired client during outings, including coffee outings and shopping trips.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance our client's quality of life.
- Ensure the client's safety and well-being throughout their activities.
- Promote independence and help with daily living tasks as needed.
- Maintain open and effective communication with the client, their family, and the Choice Consultancy team.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a car, as transportation is essential for our client's outings.
- Up to date Covid Vaccination.
- Current police check to ensure a safe environment for our client.
- Legal rights to work in Australia.
- Ideally, possess an NDIS screening check or be willing to obtain one.
