Junior Legal Assistant / Legal Assistant (Superannuation TPD)

What are we looking for?

**Legal Admin role 1-4 years experience required | Superannuation TPD Team | Ashfield NSW | permanent full time opportunity**
- We now have a fantastic opportunity for a positive, energetic and highly motivated Junior Legal Assistant/Legal Assistant to join our Superannuation/TPD team in Ashfield NSW. This is a Permanent Full-Time position.- Our team works closely with clients who have Superannuation Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) or private disability insurance claims following an injury or illness to achieve the best possible outcomes._

This exciting position will have you responsible for providing administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. There is room for career development or if you are looking to gain experience within the legal industry. Daily duties will include:

- File administration
- Diary management
- Liaising and corresponding with clients
- Working with a close knit, high achieving team you will be guided and mentored throughout your role with the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
- A diploma and/or experience in a legal or business admin course will be highly regarded.

What will you bring?
- Ideally 1-3 years experience in a similar role or medical administration type role
- Outstanding communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Organised and proactive approach
- Ability to confidently multi-task
- A willingness to learn
- Friendly team orientated nature
