To support a strong pipeline of future work, we have a great opportunity for a **Civil Drafter **to join our Roads and Highways team in a fulltime permanent position. In this role you will be required to assist in the delivery of projects from concept stage through to construction. Your skills and confidence in the design and documentation of Civil Infrastructure projects will be essential to your success in this role.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Supporting project teams on a variety of Department of Transport and Main Roads, Local Government and Urban Development projects
- Preparation of drawings, models, and designs in 2D and 3D format to meet client specifications, project briefs and tenders
- Collaboration with other team members to ensure all design elements are considered

**What you will bring to the team**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in AutoCAD drafting of transport, roads & highways infrastructure projects
- Knowledge and understanding of TMR standards and approved practices to be applied to major road authorities throughout Australia
- The ability to work alongside engineers to prepare detailed drawings, utilising analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or similar qualification
