On a typical day in this role, you will: - Recruit, train, and mentor student leaders for the PASS Program. - Coordinate and develop a high-performing student leader team focused on accountability and service excellence. - Ensure workforce planning is in place, including talent identification and capability management. - Coordinate the operational teaching and learning component of the peer-learning program. - Develop and deliver goals and plans to strengthen the PASS program. - Collaborate with Business Intelligence to evaluate program performance, collecting, analysing, and reporting data. Who are you? To succeed as a PASS Coordinator, you will have: - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in higher education, with Peer learning programs knowledge required and demonstrated excellence in managing students and administration tasks. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to operate in a challenging environment with excellent organizational and time management skills. - High-level computer literacy and experience using technology in teaching and learning environments.
