**Job Summary**

We are a small but growing design, construction and development company. We specialise in residential projects such as renovations, extensions, duplexes, townhouses and residential flat buildings. Due to extraordinary growth we are looking for a junior town planner to join our team.

**Qualifications and Skills**

The right person for this job must have:

- Good communication skills
- Good skills in Microsoft Word
- Understanding of the planning system in NSW, including LEPs, DCPs, Housing Code, SEPP Housing, etc.
- Ability to follow procedures and work under mínimal supervision

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The successful applicant will be assisting the Principal Architect with the following duties:

- Researching planning controls that are applicable to specific sites
- Preparation of feasibility reports
- Reviewing plans for compliance
- Preparation of statement of environmental effects
- Preparation of clause 4.6 variations
- Preparation of Basix Certificates
- Preparation of Waste Management Plans

Pay: $65,639.69 - $78,379.46 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
