As a Trainee you will undertake a Certificate III in Hospitality where you will learn on-the-job to be a skilled employee. This Traineeship will be part time.

**What does a Hospitality Trainee do?**

As a Hospitality Trainee you would undertake a range of functions including food preparation for table service, menu and beverage knowledge. You may also complete the following tasks:

- Source and use information on the hospitality industry
- Work effectively in hospitality/customer service
- Bar and Gaming service
- Advise on venues products and services
- Provide responsible service of alcohol

**To be considered for a Hospitality Traineeship the following is required**:

- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Be punctual and have a good work ethic
- Ability to handle fast paced services
- If over 18, Responsible Service of Alcohol (desirable)
