Experienced Sales Agent

Raine & Horne Mollymook/Milton is looking for a confident, highly-motivated and experienced sales agent to join our team. This is your opportunity to join the No.1 real estate agency in the Ulladulla/Mollymook/Milton area.

Your duties will include but not limited to,
- Generate new residential leads and prospecting for new business
- Communicate with existing and prospective clients to show properties
- Setting up and conducting open homes
- Identifying opportunities to increase our client base
- Developing relationships with both current and prospective property owners
- Professional presentation
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, organisation and time management skills
- Confidence to generate leads and convert them into clients
- A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service
- Must hold a Certificate IV in Real Estate with a minimum of 3 year’s experience in sales
- Reliable car and current driver’s license

**Salary**: From $85,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
