Are you a coffee pro with a passion for quality, community, and leadership?
Mabel Jones is on the hunt for a **Head Barista** to lead our coffee program and join our warm, vibrant café in the heart of Greensborough.

Mabel Jones is more than just a café - we’re a local favourite known for our consistently excellent coffee, innovative food, and friendly, welcoming vibes. We’re proud to work with **Axil Coffee Roasters** and are passionate about creating memorable café experiences, one cup at a time.

**The Role**:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated **Head Barista** who can bring their skills, energy, and creativity to our barista team. You’ll be a leader on the machine, dialling in espresso, managing service flow, and mentoring junior staff, while working closely with management to maintain our high coffee standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **1 year experience** in a high-volume specialty coffee environment
- Strong barista skills: dialling in, latte art, workflow management
- A passion for coffee and commitment to quality in every cup
- Leadership qualities and experience training others
- Availability to work **full-time** across a 7-day roster (mornings & afternoons)
- Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
