**Join the Invida Team - Full-Time Staging & Field Agent**

Are you looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces? Invida, a co-living company providing affordable housing to the community, is searching for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team full-time.

**About Us**
At Invida, we specialize in creating stylish, affordable co-living spaces that feel like home. With new builds featuring 5-6 bedrooms, we focus on thoughtful design and functionality to meet the needs of our residents.

**The Role**
As part of our team, you’ll have a dual role that includes:
**1. Staging New Builds**
- Styling new homes based on pre-designed layouts provided in PowerPoint (easy to follow).
- Completing staging tasks for each property within 1-2 days.

**2. Field Agent Duties**
- Driving to various properties to collect deliveries or mark off orders.
- Handling small errands and run-around jobs to support our operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Reliability and Flexibility**: The ability to adapt to last-minute changes and new priorities.
- **Organizational Skills**: You can manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- **Team Player Attitude**: Whether you’re staging or on the road, you thrive as part of a collaborative team.
- **Experience**: Previous staging experience is a bonus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
