Reporting to the Residential Manager at our **St Johns Villa in New Lambton**, you will develop and implement specialised activity programmes and social activities to promote the psychological, social and physical wellbeing of our residents in addition to overseeing a team of lifestyle officers.

**_ The role is Permanent part time, Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm_**

**Job Description**:

- To be successful for the role you will have:_
- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
- Previous experience managing a team
- Previous experience working within an aged care environment
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
- Good communication, documentation and organisational skills
- Good IT skills - you will be required to use a variety of software
- Empathy for the elderly and disabled
- NDIS check or willing to obtain
- COVID vaccinations x 3
