As the Store Manager for their outlet store in Watertown, you will have full accountability and given the autonomy for the stores day to day operations, profitability, coaching and developing of your sales team. This is a well rounded role that will set you up for an outstanding retail career.

My client is looking for a retail manager who is sales driven with the ability to influence and develop your team, and someone who can deliver exceptional customer service.

**You will Bring**:

- Proven results in achieving results via structured kpi’s
- Immaculate presentation and engaging communication style
- Strong visual merchandising ability and attention to detail
- Experienced in managing stock and inventory
- Passion for building teams sales ability and sharing knowledge
- Outgoing and confident personality with a passion for retail

- Uncapped commission + product allowances
