**The Role**

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Company Secretary within our Governance function. Reporting to the Group Company Secretary, the Deputy Company Secretary will assist the Endeavour Group Board fulfil its governance role, manage compliance with Endeavour Group’s statutory obligations and strive to adhere to best practice corporate governance. Having listed just over a year ago, its an exciting time to join our team.

**Responsibilities of the Role**

The Deputy Company Secretary will provide high quality corporate governance advice and services and ensure our systems and processes support effective corporate governance aligned to the Group’s risk and compliance framework. It is a unique opportunity to influence and shape a fit-for-purpose corporate governance framework for Endeavour and its subsidiaries.

Key areas of responsibilities include managing Endeavour’s Share Registry, ensuring the preparation of high quality of Board and Committee papers, managing the Annual General Meeting, overseeing the Group Policy Framework and managing subsidiary governance.

**Requirements for the Role**

To meet the demands of this role, you will need to have the following:

- Well rounded company secretarial experience within ASX listed company or advisory experience as a lawyer to publicly listed company clients (7+years), with an
- authoritative knowledge and practice of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and related regulations
- Superior oral and written communications skills, supported by exceptional interpersonal and time management skills and a strong eye for detail;
- Ability to build trusted relationships and make pragmatic, risk-based judgements; and
- Tertiary qualifications in law.
