This is a great opportunity for a dedicated person with experience in customer service and food prep.

To be considered for this role you will:

- Have a minimum 2 years experience in Chinese kitchen
- Be team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Have good time management and excellent work ethic
- Have solid understanding of food safety requirements
- Be able to work full time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication and be able to work as a part of a team

In this role your responsibilities will be:

- Maintain a clean & safe working environment at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of food under the supervision of the Chef
- Assist in all sections of the kitchen when required during service
- Ensure kitchen is ready & set up for service
- Collaborate with FOH to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist with stock deliveries into main store as required from time-to-time.
- Operating the dishwashing machine, ensuring all operating equipment, crockery, cutlery & glassware is hygienically and safely stored.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
