Front of House Supervisor

More than just a barista, as a Front of House supervisor you will excel in customer service and have strong leadership skills built from experience. You will show initiative, work well under pressure, have an eye for detail, anticipating customer and store needs. Naturally with your previous barista experience, you will know how to make quality coffee, be savy in latte art, grinder adjustment, coffee machine cleaning and maintenance. Working alongside the owners, you will be an excellent communicator and an integral part of the team.
Duties will include: managing a small FOH team to ensure smooth daily operation, taking customers cake orders and phone enquiries, monitoring stock levels, making coffee, training new staff, serving customers on POS and cleaning.
Daytime shifts only, starting at 7am, so your evenings will be free for yourself. Must be available on weekends (Wednesday through to Sunday shifts). An appreciation/knowledge of French treats is also beneficial.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
