Cleaner (Casual)

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning and Sanitizing**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, living rooms and balconies to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
- **Apartment Turnover**:

- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces.
- Ensure all appliances, fixtures, and surfaces are in excellent condition before new residents move in.
- **Trash Removal**:

- Collect and dispose of trash.
- **Reporting Maintenance Issues**:

- Report any maintenance or repair issues observed during cleaning duties to the appropriate supervisor.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address and resolve cleaning-related concerns.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact professionally with residents and other team members, addressing any cleaning-related inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor while representing the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and routines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
