Food Handler and Packer

Madhouse Bakehouse is seeking individuals to join our production packing team, 12-8pm and 2-10PM. As an all-Australian and family-owned wholesale bakery, we have built a reputation for providing quality commercial food products. Our team of expert pastry chefs handcrafts products using honest-to-goodness ingredients, ensuring that everything meets the highest standards in our SQF and HACCP-accredited kitchens.

**Responsibilities**:

- Decant and repack products such as cakes, brownies, and banana breads according to specified guidelines.
- Ensure that all products are handled and packed with care to maintain quality.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Full working rights required (No restrictions on working hours due to VISA restrictions)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Prior experience in food production or packing preferred, but not required.

**Hours**: 12pm - 8pm or 2pm -10pm

Pay: $24.10 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
