Support Worker

As a Care Worker with us, you will have the opportunity to provide customized care services to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, transportation, personal hygiene support, and emotional companionship. You will help promote our clients' independence and dignity while building positive and trusting relationships with them and their families. Additionally, you will assist with household duties, including meal preparation and housekeeping, to help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.

To be eligible for this role, you should have at least one year of experience in the care industry, with a Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant qualification. You must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. A valid police check, working with children check (NSW), or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD), as well as a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, are also required.

If you plan to transport clients, you will need a valid First Aid Certificate and comprehensive insurance, as well as a driver's license and reliable transportation.
