**How will I Help?**
As a Business Banking Services Team Member you play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building strong relationships across other teams in Business Banking and Westpac. You will share best practice, thoughts, ideas and feedback with others and work together to meet all challenges in delivering a great customer experience.

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will be:

- Understanding customer needs and delivery of superior customer service
- High level of verbal and numerical comprehension
- Highly computer literate and able to learn quickly
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written) and ability to influence
- Experience with MS office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to build & maintain key relationships with business partners
- Banking and Finance knowledge and experience preferable
