We are looking for an experienced Job Coach or Employment Coach to join an employment agency in St Marys during an exciting time of growth This is a temporary 3 month maternity leave contract that may extend or turn permentant

**About the Role**:
You will proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment and achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment. You will tailor your services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Setting regular appointments with job seekers to help obtain sustainable employment
- Coaching, assisting with resume servicing & interview tips
- Greeting new job seekers and assisting with system set up
- Case management and administation
- Provide exceptional customer service to job seekers

**About you**:

- Proven experience in Job Coach or Employment Coach
- Ability to build strong and successful relationships
- Administraiton experience and sound computer literacy skills
- Hold a valid MyGov ID
- Current WWCC (or willingness to obtain one)
- Please note, due to the nature of the position you must be an Australian Citizen or Permentant Resident to be successful for this role._
