Data Entry Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate for mailing
- Processing returned mail from Privacy Mailing, Marketing Services Mailouts, and client returned mail
- Revalidating returned mail as part of the ad-hoc process to maintain the high accuracy and freshness of our database
- Locally scanning all returned mail for validation and forwarding it to the offshore team
- Update and maintain database records as needed

**Requirements**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to reference and compare database records from sources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in data entry or similar role is preferred

Working Hours:
The Data Entry Associate will be required to work 3 days a week, with flexible working hours.
