- What the role is all about

You’ll rotate through our consumer and customer marketing teams helping us deliver value across our suite of products. While no two days are ever the same, you’ll be rotating through 3 modules that could see you:
- Be part of bringing brand campaigns to life, from planning to briefing to launch-
- Understanding the key measures of marketing success- Leading a research project, liaising with stakeholders from multiple functions, from inception to recommendation- Leading a go-to-market program, from inception to launch

What we’re looking for
- We’re looking for that special spark People with passion and values that mirror our own. You’re also a good fit if you’re hungry to learn the ins and outs of Marketing at REA. In this sense, we’re looking for:
- Completed studies in 2025 or in 2026 (prior to February 2026) - a relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar.- Full Australian working rights (we do accept international students)- Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens- Fostering a growth mindset - It’s not about what you know but your enthusiasm for learning.- Can adapt and thrive in an evolving and fast paced environment- Strong communication skills, being able to build rapport and relationships with many groups of people- A self-starter with a curious mind, wanting to understand the ‘why’
