Early Childhood Educator

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, nurturing and dedicated diploma-qualified educator for our 29-place Centre at Russell Vale Preschool (NSW 2517) You will need to have a passion for education, love for children and can positively empower a team of Educators.
The position available is full time, working 38 hours/week Monday - Friday, flexible on timing.
**The role you’ll play will be to provide education and care for children from 2 to 5 years.**
- Will be pivotal in the development of every child in the Service
- Leading and supporting a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care.
- The overall day to day management and efficient operation of the centre in line with company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct
- It will be in your nature to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs, while documenting every child’s learning development for the 2-3 year olds.
- Supporting your teams engagement with each of the children and taking pride and responsibility for their learning.
**What you’ll bring**
- A Diploma or Certificate 111working towards Diploma.
- A Valid Working with Children Check
- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm and passion for the profession.
- Demonstrate highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a desire to grow professionally and personally and the drive to learn everything they can about Early Learning.
- A high level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Quality Improvement Plans (QIP)
- First Aid, and asthma and anaphylaxis certificates.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
